💛Our grooming salon will be open in Tier 4. As per the government information published on 29th December.
🖤In all tiers, you may leave your home to take your pet to be groomed. In tier 4, you may only do this if it is necessary for your animal’s welfare.
💛You should contact the groomer in advance to make an appointment.
🖤Veterinary surgeons, animal rescue centres, boarding facilities and pet shops. Animal grooming facilities may also stay open but must only be used for the purposes of an animal’s welfare (and not for aesthetic purposes).
💛We used a traffic light system in the November lockdown to ensure the appointments that went ahead were for welfare reasons and that without grooming the dogs welfare would be compromised. We will be using a similar system whilst in tier 4 and may have to cancel any appointments that are deemed to be non-essential at the moment.
🖤Unless you hear otherwise please assume your appointment is going ahead. If we need to cancel your dogs appointment we will be in touch with you directly. If you need to cancel your appointment please call on 01642 433439 during business hours.
💛Please note we CANNOT accept dogs from isolating households we trust that customers are honest with us and do not out our staff at risk by attending appointments.
🖤We are fully booked until 24th February at the moment so would encourage customers to pre-book in advance to avoid disappointment.
