All Change!

Its been a busy start to 2025 here at Ingleby Pet Supplies with a new shop layout, staff changes and new opening hours !

First of all our opening hours change on Monday 3rd March. We are still open 6 days a week, but now open at 9.30am Monday - Friday. Still open at 9am on Saturdays.

We have also had a few changes in staffing over the last couple of months. In December after 8 years with us, Liam left his part time job and moved on to a full time delivery drivers job. Also this week after 6 years, Barbara has taken early retirement and is taking some time out after deciding to move away from the pet industry and has now stopped working as a dog groomer.

So that leaves us with two new faces in store ! Harry will be taking over Saturdays behind the counter in the shop and Chelsea will be taking over from Barbara in the grooming salon.

Dawn's son Harry has been involved in the business since day one and will now be working in the shop and operating our local delivery service.

Chelsea is a qualified groomer with 4 years experience in a busy multi-groomer, multi-dog salon. Appointments with Chelsea can be booked HERE.

March and April are filling up fast and appointments are available to book online.

Some customers had slight time changes to appointments which have been communicated by email and text, this is due to the opening hours changing.

Finally we have launched our new Peptide+ range of dry dog food. We will be posting more about this in March so look out on socials or in our website blog posts. Samples and literature are available in store.
