There is significant disruption in the supply chain at the moment due to Royal Mail strikes.
This is effecting deliveries into the shop and deliveries out to customers.
We would advise any orders placed for national delivery are done no later than 4pm on Sunday 11th December. After this date we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
We would also advise customers to select Express Delivery as this is a tracked service sent via DPD or DHL.

For Harry's Superfood 65, Harry's Grain Free, Super Premium, Burns & Canagan please order before Friday 16th December.
Please note we no longer stock Acana or Orijen.
We encourage ALL raw food customers to pre-order 2 weeks worth of raw food due to lack of storage in our own freezers we can only store 1 weeks worth of stock.
Nutriment, Natural Instinct, Prodog Raw and Natures Menu orders must be placed no later than Friday 16th December.
It is unlikely that we will get a Dougie's order as we are already fully stocked following a recent large delivery.
Orders should be placed online wherever possible.
We will close at 3pm on Christmas Eve and all orders should be collected on or before this date.
