⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️
This week we have identified a system error, following a software update on 4th June which has impacted on customer loyalty points being added to
Loyalzoo accounts.
This means if you have made a purchase with us between 4.6.24-18.7.24 we will have to manually add your missing points.
Fear not though, we do have a access to all the transactions processsed between those dates so none of your hard earned points will disappear into cyber space!!
We will be updating customer points totals over the next week to correct them.
If you have SPENT any points and redeemed your rewards these have been recorded correctly.
The issue has now been resolved with the help of the Loyalzoo team and we don't anticipate any more problems moving forward.
