Due to a high number of last minute cancellations, reschedules and no shows we have taken the difficult decision to update our cancellation policy.
Effective from 1.12.23.
Cancellations and reschedules less than 24 hours before the scheduled day & time of the appointment = 50% of the cost of the groom.
No shows = 100% of the cost of the groom.
All cancellation fees must be paid in full prior to rebooking.
Repeat offenders will be removed from our books.
Advance payment for nail trims and new customers is still required in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show.
