⭐ Customer Update ⭐
From the start of the pandemic we took steps within our business to protect staff and customers, many precautions were taken before any Government legislation was delivered.
Although "the rules" will end on July 19th sadly the pandemic won't.
We would like to reassure customers we will still be taking the same viewpoint on safety in the workplace after 19th July. We have staff at various different stages of the vaccine programme so until we are all fully protected we will still be :
😷 Wearing facemasks (not mandatory for customers)
👋 Washing hands (sanitiser available for customers)
🧼 Cleaning touch points through the day.
💳 Encouraging contactless payment.
🧍♀️ Social distancing 🧍♂️
🐶 Continuing contactless handover for grooming customers.
🚫 We will not be offering walk in nail trims or offering harness fittings ( due to close contact ) for the forseeable future.
⚠️ We ask that you do not attend your grooming appointment if any of your household are isolating.
🚛 Still offering free local delivery on orders over £20.
🗓 Our staff will still be working in "bubbles" so we can remain open in the event of an outbreak in the business.
