Social Distancing

Updated: Aug 12, 2020

🦠Over the last 13 weeks we have adapted and changed as the pandemic has evolved. We are one of a handful of small independent shops in Thornaby town centre so our procedures have been different to the national chain stores over the road.

We do not have enough room to allow customers in to browse and socially distance. And so the 3 of us can work comfortably in the confined space of the shop/salon and speak to customers face to face we have chosen to cover our faces.

As lockdown restrictions are eased its easy to fall into a false sense of security. Shops are open, but by no means back to normal!

We are doing this to protect ourselves and the customers who have no concept of spatial awareness!

In some small market towns where there are still lots of small independent shops it is now normal to be asked to wear a face mask before entering. We are considering making this change to enable customers to come back in to browse. More information will be posted soon.

In the mean time Thank you for your support x
